The Farm Advisory Board also administers two award programs directly – the CKNX Radio Farm Advisory Board FAB Award and the CKNX Radio Farm Advisory Board FAB Bursary.
The FAB Award recognises the contributions of an individual or group to the well-being of agriculture and the rural community.
The FAB Bursary provides a $1,000 contribution towards the education of a Midwestern Ontario student entering the second year of a post-secondary agriculture-related program.
The Board also administers the Bruce County IPM Commodities Food Court Agricultural Scholarship.
